The Spitfire, also known as the Supermarine Spitfire, was the most produced and strategically important British single seat fighter aircraft of World War II. It has an elliptical wing design with a thin wing profile which, combined with the Merlin's efficient two stage compressor, gave it exceptional performance at high altitudes.

Become a Spitfire pilot without any problems! The plane has three different modes to help you develop your skills as a pilot. Choose between beginner, experienced and expert. In beginner mode, the plane's 6 axis gyro keeps the plane stable in the air. You focus on learning how to control the plane and perform basic manoeuvers. This mode requires no previous experience with RC flying.

After a little practice, you are ready to move on to the next flight mode - expert. Here, the gyro doesn't work as hard, and you get the opportunity to control the plane more on your own. The last flight mode is expert mode, and here you fly the plane completely alone!

The Volantex Spitfire comes with a 4 channel 2.4 GHz radio control. This is a high frequency that allows you to fly the RC plane without risking radio interference from other radio controlled planes. Perfect if you want to gather a group of friends and fly several planes at the same time. The controller requires 4 AA batteries (not included)
